Is it a must to have an account to be able to participate in any game for money?

An individual can not participate in a game for money unless that individual is an Account Holder. To be registered as a Customer, an individual must register personally and submit an application for registration. The following information must be provided:

 

  1. date of birth and valid identification documents, showing that the Customer is over eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence (identification documents);

Can I set deposit limits?

When setting a deposit limit within a specified period of time (daily, weekly, monthly), the Account Holder can access his/her personal VBET account and from the “Deposit limit” section of “My Profile” menu select the preferred amount to deposit during a day, week and month and “Save” it.

 When setting a bet limit for a specific type of bet (maximum single bet, maximum daily bet), the Account Holder can access his/her personal VBET account and from the “Limits” section of “My Profile” menu select the preferred amount to deposit per Maximum Single Bet and/or Maximum Daily Bet and “Save” it.

What will happen if the information provided during the registration process is not true?

An individual applying for registration warrants and represents that any information provided in their application form is true and correct. Failing this, the Operator will not register the individual, and where that individual has already been registered, the Operator will block the Account when it becomes aware that the individual has provided false information when registering as a Customer.

What is self-exclusion?

For any Customer wishing to limit their gaming, VBET provides an option for Customers to exclude themselves definitely or indefinitely; and such limits apply for all games offered by the Operator within the same website. You can send us an email to [email protected] to request a self-exclusion period or threshold. Alternatively, the Account Holder can access his/her personal VBET account and from the “Self-Exclusion” section of “My Profile” menu select the preferred period for self-exclusion and “Save” it.

Are deposits accepted during the period of self-exclusion?

This functionality enables you to self-exclude yourself from your account for a determined period of time. As soon as this change has been made you won’t be able to bet, to access your account and to make withdrawals, deposits or to upload documents for a set period of time.

Can I apply to other self-exclusion services?

The system provides players who have self-imposed limits or self-exclusions with the possibility to reduce limits, making them more stringent, and/or to increase the exclusion period. Can I have duplicate accounts?

An Account Holder can only hold one account at a time. In the event that this rule is breached, the Operator reserves the right to block and/or delete the superfluous account(s) held by the Account Holder in breach of this clause, and reallocate all the funds to a single account. No bonus given to the superfluous account(s) will be reallocated.

How can I close my account?

An Account Holder may close their VBET Account at any time by contacting VBET’s Customer Support using [email protected] e-mail address. Any funds in the VBET Account will be remitted to the Account Holder.
