Bonus Terms and Conditions

These General Bonus Terms and Conditions shall apply to any type of bonus VBET may provide. Please note that each bonus has special bonus terms and conditions which are stated on each bonus description. In case of conflicts, the Special Bonus Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over the General Bonus Terms and Conditions.

VBET reserves the right to grant you a bonus if certain criteria of certain bonus are fulfilled. The criteria defined and provided to you on the website, via e-mail or on the notice in the respective offer (news).

Every VBET bonus is valid for a certain promotional period, and must be used within the applicable period. If the bonus is not used it will expire.
4.
An account holder can be granted to one VBET Bonus per Account, which means no more than one Bonus per User, IP address, computer, family, home address, telephone number, credit/debit card and/or electronic payment account, email address and computer network (university, school, public library, workplace, café, etc.).
5.
Any bonus linked to the deposits shall be valid only for deposits using the payment methods offered by VBET. In case of account-based transactions (e.g. credit card), the VBET account holder and the account holder of the payment method must be identical.
6.
The deposited amount will be placed into a Bonus Balance and will not be withdrawable or wagered on other products until certain Bonus wagering requirements are met.
7.
If you cancel the Bonus you will lose a Bonus and all winnings generated by that Bonus.
8.
No bonus offer can be combined with welcome offer, unless otherwise is stated in certain bonus terms and conditions. A bonus offer in the casino cannot be combined with bonus offer in sportsbook, unless otherwise is stated in certain bonus terms and conditions.
9.
The VBET bonus is credited to your account. Bonuses may, however, may only be used for bets or stakes, and cannot transferred or paid out until the terms and conditions for payout have been fulfilled.
10.
If a stake being is reimbursed due to a cancelled, to be cancelled, or invalid game event, this stake shall not be considered in the play through terms or bonus conditions.
11.
Bets settled using Cashout will not count towards the wagering requirements of any active bonuses.
12.
If there is any suspicion that a condition of this offer has been violated or customers placing bets guaranteeing a win based on a deposit bonus, free bets, improved win payments or any other promotional offer, regardless of the bet’s outcome, VBET reserves the right to reclaim the Bonus and to require to settle bets on the correct odds or cancel bets placed, refuse payout requests and close accounts.
13.
VBET reserves the right to amend or revoke the nature and duration of the promotion at any time.
14.
VBET reserves the right to offer specific bonuses to specific customers or groups of customers.
15.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of the bonus terms and their translations, the English version shall prevail.
